2012/12/22 Saturday: Family on All Sides

We arrived at a Johnson family (Nick's dad's side of the family) party as soon as it started, since we would have to leave early for Baby B's blessing & birthday party (on Nick's mom's side of the family.)  We were able to see some of the family, but many didn't arrive until late, so we missed them.

We were all spruced up.  Gigi wouldn't put down the borrowed stroller, which she thought was the best part about the party.

Baby B turned 1 the day before, so his blessing day was a double celebration.  Nick performed the blessing.  All but one of the Preston siblings were there, and I'm kicking myself for not getting a picture of them all together.  It was a great event and included dinner.

He took to the cake like a champ.  The wooden spoon is one of his favorite toys and goes everywhere he goes.
