Removing a toilet seat should take about 2 minutes, but the previous homeowners had managed to mess up the bolt, so Nick had to cut it off with a dremel. We installed a new, non-broken toilet seat that has a built in toddler seat, closes slowly automatically, and claims to never loosen. Very fancy.
