We really debated what is best for us to do, but we decided to go ahead with an induction. I had a biophysical profile yesterday, and the baby looks good, but risks increase as time goes on. The hospital with either do an induction tonight, or Tuesday, at which point I'd be 42 weeks, which I felt was too risky to wait that long.
There a couple of nice things about having an induction: one is that Nick will be here. The other is that I can be sure that I won't give birth in the car (or other non-hospital setting). After Georgia narrowly avoided being born in the car, I have reason to be afraid of that.
