Wednesday 6/29: One Month (+3 Days)
The ridge on her head isn't a headband- it's the coronal suture. We've been without outside help for over 48 hours now. The kids and dog are still alive, so we're doing OK.
Saturday 6/25: Liz as Paris Hilton
For our amusement and entertainment, Liz bought a Paris Hilton hair extension. It was on clearance for 75% off, because they only had blonde ones left.
That's hot.

Thursday 6/23: Our Final Visitor
Since Georgia's birth, we've had a constant stream of family visiting (and we love it that way.) Liz is the caboose of our scheduled line-up. She and Jo Ellen will be here until Monday, then I'm really on my own.

Monday 6/13: Back to MSI
Debbie, Samantha, Henry, Georgia and I went to the Museum of Science and Industry. It really is one of my very favorite places anywhere. That's a real giraffe cadaver, preserved with polymers. It's there as part of the Bodyworlds exhibit.

Saturday 6/11: The Bean
After the art museum, we visited Millenium Park, where people dressed as zombies had convened and splashed "blood" all over. Notice the bloody handprints on the bean.

Wednesday 6/8: Museum of Science & Industry
At the MSI, the best way to deal with two small children is to have both parents there, and take a break at naptime in the members' lounge. The Smith Family loved their visit there, including touring the U-505, Body Worlds, and building their own Gravitron Top.
